Working in a busy parts team environment and specifically liaison with the technical coordinator, the role requires that spares and consumable orders be placed both internally and externally to ensure the timely supply into the Field Operation.

Ensuring the supply and in some cases the return of spares to and from Field Operations staff

Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving verbal and systemised orders for placement with external suppliers for both stock replenishment and Service incidents after the required approval.
  • Ensuring that all orders are correctly input on to the relevant spares order systems.
  • To Monitor the progression of orders, ensuring they are despatched and received within the parameters required to support the operation.
  • To Follow up the return of all Advance Replacement spares and contacting field staff when necessary
  • To support with Jeopardy issues, organising parts required to resolve outstanding orders.
  • Update the service system by inputting the order reference number.
  • Ensure all spares processes are always implemented and adhered to.
  • Manual handling of goods in & goods out.
  • Record all goods in from external customers/suppliers
  • Report any unresolved issues to your Line Manager.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
  • Always ensure strict adherence Inspired’s Health and Safety policy

Required Skills and Experience

  • Effective communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Good keyboard and PC skills on Microsoft products, as other system training will be provided.
  • To have excellent organisational skills

Beneficial Experience

  • Ideally experience in a busy parts procurement environment
  • Physically fit (handling of large & heavy items)
  • Experience within the Leisure/Service industry, ideally in a support role
