The Market Product Manager for European VLTs will lead the collection of product and game requirements and conduct competitive analysis, with a primary focus on the Greek VLT market. This role is pivotal in delivering structured, prioritized feedback to the UK-based Product team, ensuring that INSPIRED continues to develop innovative, market-tailored games, products, and features.
A key responsibility is to become the in-territory expert on both INSPIRED’s VLT games and products, as well as competitor offerings. The Market Product Manager will translate market insights into actionable requirements for inclusion in the product and game roadmaps.
Additionally, this role oversees the end-to-end communication of the delivery of the Greek VLT roadmap, maintaining close collaboration with customers throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis across all gaming segments to provide localized intelligence and customer-specific requirements to the UK Product team. This includes game content, cabinet hardware, features, and client needs.
• Develop expertise in INSPIRED’s product features, games, and deployment processes. Provide recommendations on how to tailor these to local market needs.
• Collaborate with the UK Product team to define and prioritize the Greek market’s needs in the product and game roadmaps.
• Work closely with account teams, customers, legislators, and service partners to adapt and implement products effectively in the local market.
• Review and validate UK-developed product releases and games to ensure alignment with local player, customer, and operational expectations.
• Support certification and homologation processes in compliance with local regulations, ensuring timely availability and issue resolution.
• Facilitate Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) and ensure all product elements are delivered and issues resolved efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers to promote INSPIRED’s roadmap and secure senior management buy-in for key initiatives.
• Monitor operational issues, escalate as needed, and support resolution efforts in collaboration with UK support teams.
• Deliver training and materials to customer staff as needed for new product or game releases.
• Represent INSPIRED at client meetings and industry trade shows.
• Prior experience in the European gaming market, particularly in Greece, is essential.
