To assist and provide administration support for a busy Customer Services Department for both UK and Overseas sectors


• Liaise with key personnel within the organisation, ranging from production staff to Directors.
• Maintain accurate records of all continuing projects.
• Updating various Excel spreadsheets for various departments in the business
1. Machine Sales Report
2. Recording machine specific Serial No’s / MIN Numbers
• Preparing despatch paperwork / labels / Collection Notes
• Documenting and inputting scrapped machine details onto D365
• Covering reception duties when required.
• Scanning, Recording and Filing Production Route Cards
• Creating all the JIRA’s for machine returns.
• Keeping D365 up to date
1. Internal Machine Movements
2. Warranty Dates
3. Rental Machines
• Machine Invoicing
• Help with twice yearly stock check – preparing check sheet, physically counting, and making any amendments to report back to accounts.

Skills required

3 ‘A’ Levels
2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Competent and confident in use of all Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
