Reporting into the Asset & Logistics Manager, the Asset Coordinator will be responsible for asset management assistance for all internal and external customers and suppliers.  The role will involve processing Inspired owned and 3rd party stock movement transactions, across a range of Inspired owned and 3rd party locations.   In addition the post holder will be required to investigate discrepancies and facilitate auditing in line with Company approved timelines and processes.

Main Responsibilities

 

  1. To undertake and maintain the administration of Inspired and customer owned asset movements, in order to ensure asset integrity and compliance.
  2. To maintain the Inspired chosen stock/asset management system in order to ensure accurate visibility of asset history, location, value, ownership and responsibility.
  3. To identify stock discrepancies and opportunities for stock optimisation, ensuring onward communication to relevant business owner.
  4. To process UK and International stock reports identifying any anomalies requiring investigation on the asset management system.
  5. To liaise with manufacturing partners to ensure that information relating to manufactured/ repaired stock is generated, receipted, and maintained on the asset management system.
  6. To facilitate period and year end stock checks as prescribed in accordance with current process.
  7. To create and maintain project schedules for terminal rollouts and other business required projects.
  8. To ensure that any project installation schedule completions are kept up to date and are accurately input.
  9. To raise purchase orders where necessary for purchases of assets from customers or to assist the logistics co-ordinator.
  1. To be aware of internal KPIs relating to all services supported, and endeavour to achieve departmental objectives wherever possible

 We are a complex business but it would be great if you had the following attributes:

  • Educated to GCSE, a further vocational certification would be beneficial
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within customer service or customer order management
  • Attention to detail with good listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tact and with a leadership mindset
  • Experience with excel and data
