Based at Burton on Trent, 37.5 hours per week – hybrid working

Salary starting from £23,500 depending on experience

This role offers the opportunity to join a strong team within the Central Operations department based in Burton on Trent. Central Operations are responsible for Asset Control, Logistics and Order Management and also play a pivotal role in a variety of project rollouts, key to the ongoing success of the business.

Strong computer literacy, in particular with Excel and data manipulation, along with excellent communication skills and being a team player, are a must for this role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the department and should have a strong work ethic and be adaptable and flexible in their approach to work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain administration of asset movements and ensure that asset management systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Facilitate period end stock audits of RDCs and third party storage locations
  • Identify stock discrepancies and opportunities for stock optimisation
  • Liase with manufacturing partners to ensure that information relating to manufactured/ repaired stock is generated, receipted and maintained on the asset management systems.
  • To assist in the creation and maintenance of project roll out schedules and partake in necessary day to day project tasks.
