Learning & Development Experience Partner

Hours: Full Time – 37,5 hours per week

Salary: 35K

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, proactive learning professional to join our Learning & Development function. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, project work, and bringing learning to life through engaging digital and visual experiences. You’ll support the delivery of our L&D strategy, working closely with stakeholders across the business to strengthen capability, improve engagement, and enhance the overall learning experience. Learning & Development forms part of the wider People Team at Inspired.

This is a hybrid role and will require 2/3 days in either our Manchester City Centre office or in Burton on Trent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of high-quality learning solutions using modern learning methodologies.
  • Create digital learning assets, visual content, and communications that drive engagement in L&D initiatives
  • Coordinate and support a wide range of L&D projects, ensuring smooth delivery and strong collaboration
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep L&D operations running effectively including;

Digital – upload new courses, assign learning pathways, update content, participation reporting, compliance and completions, troubleshoot learner access issues and support on basic technical queries, monitor data accuracy and ensure system housekeeping.

BAU – Management of L&D Inbox, Processing of PO’s, Monthly compliance reporting.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, offering confident advice and guidance on learning approaches
  • Promote and market L&D activities with clear, creative, and compelling communication
  • Measure and demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives through meaningful data, feedback, and insights
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, bringing fresh, creative ideas and a learner centric mindset
  • Optional: Facilitate workshops or sessions if comfortable (not essential)

About You

  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital learning and modern learning experience design
  • Experience in learning design, learning theory, or contemporary L&D methodologies
  • Strong project coordination skills — organised, proactive, and able to manage varied tasks
  • Confident communicator able to advise and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Eye for marketing, branding, and storytelling to elevate L&D engagement
  • Comfortable with gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to show the impact of L&D activities
  • Curious, adaptable, and excited by working across a broad L&D portfolio

What You’ll Bring
