As Team Lead within the Content Schedules and Promotions Team, you will primarily be responsible for planning workload within the team, and supporting with building and test of menus, promotions, and associated components to facilitate roadmap commitments to a variety of Retail UK and International customers.

Timely design and approval are critical, allowing for efficient build and test in preparation for deployment in accordance with both internal KPI’s and Customer SLA’s.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the test environment in line with the live estate for all products.

You will have proven experience as a Team lead, with evidence of good communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.• Working with the Product Release Team and the Test Lab Manager to ensure the test environment is working and kept up to date in line with the live estate for all platform components.

Responsibilities
• Working with the Product Release Team and Systems Engineering Team to prepare Master Disk IKE groups with all Content and Widgets in readiness for each build, in line with the roadmap for all markets where applicable.
• Support line Management with holding regular weekly team meetings to discuss current and upcoming requirements.
• With direction from the Commercial and Insight teams, working within the Schedules and Promotions team to design and build menus incorporating new games intended for deployment, in line with the release roadmap for each market.
• Working with Games Producers, Project Managers and Commercial teams to agree a rolling 12 month deployment dates for new game content.

• As a member of the Schedules and Promotions team:
– Building and testing of deployment packs to accompany new menus for Retail customers, incorporating all planned promotional and asset activity as identified by end Customer.
– Working with the available toolsets to build all schedule/configurations required to support planned retail deployments, e.g. menu, attracts, tournaments, offers etc.
– Checks and balances to ensure compliance and optimum estate management.
– Ensuring all packaging and publishing of content and widgets are processed in a timely manner.
– Managing of customer acceptance test environments for any content scheduling requirements.

• Producing data for reports and presentations as required, including monthly KPI reporting, tracking efficiency of the end-to-end process.
• To develop a close and mutually beneficial working relationship within the team, driving quality and minimising risk and inefficiency at every opportunity. To support and assist in trouble shooting where unexpected issues arise during the test process.
• Thinking outside the box to improve the overall processes within the team.
• Problem-solving any issues in test and work with stakeholders to resolve accordingly.
• Assisting with project work.
• Handling requests and queries appropriately, and with discretion.
• General administrative duties in support of the Content Release team on an ad hoc basis.
