Full time permanent position, Ashby De La Zouch (office based 5 days per week)

Having just moved in to our brand new state of the art Digital Repair Centre in Ashby de la Zouch, we are now hiring 2 full time Spare Parts Co-ordinators to be office based 5 days per week.   The role is easily accessible via public transport.

A fabulous opportunity to ensure the day-to-day spare parts aftersales processes are followed to ensure fantastic customer satisfaction.

The day to day role will involve :

  • Processing customer enquiries and produce quotations through working with technical support and internal departments to build own product knowledge with an aim to be self-sufficient.
  • Process customer orders in terms of Sales Order generation, order acknowledgement, pick generation to stores, invoicing / credit notes and invoice / credit note queries.
  • Take phone calls / action emails from our customers, both internal and external, regarding our parts.
  • Raise purchase orders for insufficient stock.
  • Expedite purchase and sales orders.
  • Support with inventory audits to identify discrepancies, damaged parts, or obsolete items that need to be removed from stock.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as customer service, Field Engineers, Finance and technical support to optimise spare parts management processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices for handling and storing spare parts.

 We support training and learning but it would be great if you had the following attributes:

  • Educated to GCSE, a further vocational certification would be beneficial
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within customer service or a parts role
  • Attention to detail with good listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tact and with a leadership mindset
  • Experience with excel and data
