The Role
To undertake the triage, repair and Calibration activities on various types electronic and parts that are returned by our Field based operations and Customers within the group

Ensuring that parts are repaired to a high standard that will enhance equipment quality and to increase confidence of our customers

The adhere to Company work processes and policies

To carry out any reasonable instructions by Line management

Main Responsibilities

• After an initial training period must be able to follow documented work instructions
• To undertake limited repairs and calibration to electronic parts to a documented work instruction
• To ensure that quality standards are achieved and maintained as set by line management
• To achieve and where appropriate exceed repair targets set by line management without effecting quality standards
• To raise any safety or quality issues to Line Management when appropriate to do so
• To be responsible for and keep in good order any tools, test equipment that may be issued to you
• To ensure and maintain a clean and safe working environment for both yourself and other work colleagues
• To be able to work within a busy team environment and to promote team ethics culture

Required Skills and Experience

• To have a proven logical approach to problem solving
• An aptitude for electronics
• To be computer literate, standard Microsoft packages

Beneficial Experience

• A recognised electronic qualification
• To have previously working in a busy repair environment ideally in gaming industry but not essential
• Any interest linked to electronic principles an advantage
