OUTLINE OF JOB

  • To work in our holiday resort arcades engaging and helping customers whilst resolving any issues
  • To ensure we offer a safe environment and comply with relevant legislation (training provided)
  • To ensure the arcade is a welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.
  • To refill machines with stock/prizes and serve customers in our prize shop
  • To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.
  • To communicate and work effectively with the host site teams
  • To pass on any challenges to the Resort Amusement Manager where appropriate

 Playnation are looking for part-time Customer Service Assistants

Job Role:                          Customer Service Assistants aged 18 plus

Salary:                               National Minimum Wage

Benefits:                           Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat shirt, trousers)

Hours:                               Vary through the season

Start Date:                        May 2021

Workplace:                      Tattershall Lakes Country Park

Annual Leave                   25 days pro rata
