OUTLINE OF JOB
- To work in our holiday resort arcades engaging and helping customers.
- Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
- To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.
- To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.
- To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.
- To pass on any challenges to the Resort Amusement Manager if appropriate.
Playnation are looking for part-time Customer Service Assistants
Job Role: Customer Service Assistants aged 18 plus
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Benefits: Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat shirt, trousers), discounts where available
Hours: Vary through the season
Start Date: May 2021
Workplace: Quay West Holiday Park New Quay
Annual Leave 25 days pro rata
