  • To work in our holiday resort arcades engaging and helping customers.
  • Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
  • To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.
  • To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.
  • To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.
  • To pass on any challenges to the Resort Amusement Manager if appropriate.

 Playnation are looking for part-time Customer Service Assistants

Job Role:                          Customer Service Assistants aged 18 plus

Salary:                               National Minimum Wage

Hours:                               Vary through the season
